Worst

I am so angry with Best Buy. This was my first, and last, big ticket purchase with this company. I bought a laptop 3 weeks ago. I have had nothing but problems, from day one....

computer purchase 2/5/2011

We recently bought a computer at Best Buy. The price was marked at about $700.00, which was a fairly good price considering the features. What was frustrating is the salesman tried to sell us so many different warranties and service contracts. We really weren?t interested and he made us feel like we were making a terrible mistake. We did purchase a few hundred dollars worth of services, including their virus scan. The computer is great and the store was nice. I just was not expecting the forceful sales tactic. If you need certain services to guarantee the life of the computer, they should include it in the cost. more

Great products for very inexpensive prices. They have a large variety of products that can be very useful in anyone's home or office. They specialize in electronics, can find great deals. more

great place to go 6/17/2005

I love going to this store and playing with their items like the commercials say you can do. The selection is great - but I would highly suggest not buy a computer there...their support sucks and I've had bad luck with them about that. GREAT place to go for after-thanksgiving sales, though! more

A great place to find anything and everything electronic 6/5/2005

Best Buy is a great store in that it carries everything you might need for entertainment. The store has a wide selection including computer accessories, an extensive CD inventory, movies, car audio systems and supplies, refrigerators, digital cameras, and many other things. The store has great prices and weekly deals. This store is clean and organized. The customer service is generally good, but every once in a while, you come across someone who thinks they are more of an expert than they really are. All things considered, the store is great. It maintains a good reputation and carries almost everything you will ever need for entertainment. more
