Took away a star because it's one of the smaller branches I've been to. But aside from that, I've always had a good experience at this location. The guy that I worked with for my phone upgrade was super nice, and helped me out with the process. Really cool guy to talk to too. Mobile section more

The "best" Best Buy 12/29/2011

I know this sounds like the same as web purchases, but it's a lot better. You don't get to ask questions about the item on the internet.. \r \r Very friendly staff.. more

Stay away... Bad customer service 6/24/2011

Tried to purchase a movie and it rang up a different price than what they had it listed for... The manager refused to honor the advertised price and basically accused me of trying to steal from the company... more

Only As A Last Resort 3/7/2011

I only use Best Buy as a last resort. Had to get a new laptop and, after checking out a number of other stores, they had the best one for my needs. The friendliest person in the store was the 'guard' at the door who removed the security device from the box. We spoke to 2 different sales people - neither of whom looked us in the eye or cracked a smile. They couldn't have cared less about me or my business! If I'd been able to find the computer I needed elsewhere, you can bet I'd have done it. more

I like what Best Buy sells, but whenever I call them, they don't answer. The phone just keeps ringing. Also, sometimes, I can't even talk to the people there because they're too busy. more

Will answer phone questions 9/2/2005

Though I have visited the store many times, this time I called and got the information I needed about computers. They have a new program called "Geeks" that will fix your computer there or come to your home. I do NOT like the LOUD music in the store but they have great personnel who help you and reasnable prices if you watch the ads. PROS: Helpful staff CONS: Loud music in store more

Best Buy has the greatest selction of electronics, movies and hardware in Las Vegas. Their staff is very nice and knowledgable. Excellant customer service as well. more

House Calls for your Ailing Computer 6/2/2005

The Geek Squad operates out of Best Buy stores throughout the valley. You might see one in their decked out Volkswagon Bugs with a big Geek Squad sticker on the side. They handle all kinds of computer repairs and specialize in getting spyware, viruses and other nasty things off your computer. They are incredibly a 24 hour service. They dress their Geek part and although they are very tounge in cheek, they're professional and very well trained. They have a-la-cart pricing so you know what you're getting into before they come over. You can bring your pc to them if you're uncomfortable with someone coming out to your house. PROS: Extremely knowledgeable and competent, plus house calls CONS: None I can think of more
