Lacking Service 2/7/2006

While the products at Best buy are reliable and typically high quality, they are most overpriced of any electronics stores in Greenville. This would be okay if not for the lack of quality workers (except for the Geek Squad) in the store on any typical day. I have been run around there endlessly, and if I am not buying a high priced item or the service contracts that are pushed hard , then I am not given the time of day. High price and low customer service never a good combination. PROS: quality products CONS: customer service, pushing service contracts more

Best Buy is a store specializing in electronics. This is definitely what this store is about. They sell a wide variety of electronic and accessories. They sell tv's, dvd players, vcr's, games, cd's, car systems, and more. The employees are always willing to help you either decide what to buy or just there to help give you information on a certain product or merchandise that you are considering purchasing. The prices are average prices which may be considered high but it is still average. This is a good store to go to when you are looking for some new electronic equipment. more
