No help in the store, period. Call down there for yourself and see. The employees are incompetent, rude, and blatantly disregard their customers. It seems to have severely gone downhill in the past two years, only getting worse each passing year. Out of 8 calls, I was placed on hold and held for over an hour (presumably until I finally just gave up) for 7, SEVEN, of those calls. The prices aren't that great (check stores like CompuTime in Morrow and HHGreg/Walmart/GameStop in the same Pavilion shopping center) for around the same price, if not cheaper (I'd pay more just for decent service). The one in Morrow is a little better to deal with, so I suggest going there if you absolutely HAVE to deal with Best buy. Their return policy, while the same supposedly in all Best Buy stores, is horrific. Just try returning something the next day or two after you buy it (even when you're willing to pay the restocking fee when the item is complete junk), and see what kind of hassle they give you (if
