We purchased a camcorder many years ago from the Best Buy in the University Area if Charlotte, NC. After having the camera in the shop over 6 times, we decided to file the Lemon Law as allowed per the extended warranty we had purchased at the time the camera was bought.
After many phone calls and lots of headaches, we were told the camera had not been sent out of the store enough for repairs to fall under the lemon law.
