Finally a store i can shop 2/15/2012

I have been going to this best buy since it opend a few years ago. Everytime i come to either get a dvd or the latest new gadget i am helped and i leave knowing more than i did about that product before i came in. The staff is always around and is very polite. I will continue to shop at this location for any electronics i need. more

Bought at another store 7/5/2010

DON'T SHOP HERE! We went to buy a refrigerator and couldn't get anyone to help us even after asking. We were told that "someone would be with us" after waiting for 15 minutes we left and took our business elsewhere. The store was not busy and several works were standing around the front of the store talking. What ever happened to good customer service? more

Nice selection of quality electronics, games 10/22/2009

This location opened in 2008. I bought some video games there for Christmas- they have a large selection priced about the same as the Toys R Us across the parking lot (I checked). Staff tries to be helpful and checks on you often. They carry a wide array of quality electronics and lots of movies and music. You can buy stuff ahead of time online if you don't want to deal with salesman, then they will have it up front at Service Counter. more
