i like going here to buy all of my stuff, not cause my friend works here, but i have everything here that you would want for your house, if you would want a home theater system, you would come here to buy it. they have nice service here too. more

Nice Selection, but not always in stock. 7/20/2005

I have bought many items from here. I feel that they have gone backwards, instead of forwards, with their customer service. There are so few sales associates to help you. Also, the lines are always long and the receipts take forever to print out. But I was able to get some really nice items for low prices. PROS: Low prices CONS: Bad Sales associates, long lines more

This store has great sales and professional staff members. They are good with car audio and the basics such as TV, telephones and cell phones. The only bad part about the store is their computer repair section. The people in there are not certified technicians. They also charge to just look at your computer. They have high fees and some do not know what they are doing. I had to go numerous times to have my pc repaired. I ended up going to A&A Computers in Feasterville on Bustleton pike (across from Fluke's Irish Pub). The gentleman there are great and quickly repaired my pc at a low cost. more

be careful 7/9/2005

They have good prices but you have to go quickly if you want to get what is advertized and expect it to be there. They are slow to help you, don't know a ton about the products, have a terrible return policy. PROS: cheap CONS: bad cust serv. & low stock more

Best Buy is great 8/23/2003

Best Buy has everything you need for today's digital lifestyle. from music, movies, electronics, TV's, DVD players, laptops, PC's etc..you name it and they probably carry it. also their prices aren't bad. they always have specials on new releases for both music and DVD movies. I recently bought the new Red Hot Chili Peppers cd for $12 bucks when it was offered for $15-17 bucks elsewhere. good deal. more
