Best Blinds

I had two-sets of plantation shutters 'custom-made' to fit two-second story sets of double windows--one new construction set, one replacement set--after doing an extensive renovation. The saleswoman was pleasant and reassuring enough, however the installer, who happened to be her spouse, was condescending and less than professional in both his ability and demeanor... The purpose of going to 'the best' was to end up with a quality, long lasting and functional product. What I received was an overpriced, poorly-installed (not level, and the new in-tilting windows they were custom-measured to fit cannot be opened for cleaning), unfinished (no hardware) product and enough excuses from both the saleswoman and installer to eventually cause me to determine to never recommend or call Best Blinds again. Caveat emptor! more

Best Blinds IS TRUELY the BEST price and service!!!. Be sure you get the REAL Best Blinds, not someone who ""used"" to be a Best Blinds. Lori was very helpful with my selections, and I got FOUR estimates and she had the BEST quality product for the money.... more
