Before you buy new ac or heating unit, you should call this guy. When I had problem with my AC, I was told that I needed new unit. Best Tech came out and fixed in 30 min. with very reasonable rate. My tech was Tyson, and he is well experienced and pleasant man. Definitely recommended!!! more

Refunded part of the charges after complaint 1/20/2011

The owner of the business refunded 150 out of the extra I was charged for the part so I am raising the star rating and updating my original review... I was not at home and this guy misdirected my wife that a air conditioning unit part that was bad on our less than 2 year old central unit is unlikely to be under warranty. He than proceeded to charge her 350 for a 100 dollar part that the air conditioning company would ave provided for free. more
