We are so thankful for the help we received from your driver the other night. He tried very hard to get are car going and when he could not. He took us to a shop that could work on it And helped us to get a motel room for the night. Thanks for helping making a disaster in to a more pleasurable experience. more

Normally I do not write everytime I have a break down, but from my experience many tow truck co's try to stick you up for all you have. But your supervisor on duty was very professional and accomadating. more

Not only did he perform the tow to perfection but he also let me use his cell phone so I could try to line up a ride. When I couldn?t secure a ride he asked where I lived and he said it was on his ride back to the shop and could drop me off which I gladly accepted. more

Thanks for your help with this claim. It took several hours and I watched it all. The care and meticulousness of the towing company was remarkable. I was very impressed with their work. This could have cost a lot more in car repairs if the job had been rushed or done by someone with a lesser level of professionalism and skill. more

A great example of a good business. 7/3/2009

Brought in my Mercedes C230 Kompressor, it took a little time to diagnose the problem because my car's computer wasn't exactly giving out exact info as to the problem with the car. Jerry took the car for a road test and got a good reading, and from that point the car was fixed in a very timely fashion, along with my new brakes. Jerry was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the very start, and was always immediately available. Jerry manages his honest business with urgency, and you can really tell that he cares. His prices were FAR lower than Mercedes, and the car drives great. And for a final nice touch, when I picked up the car, it was cleaned beautifully, wheelshine and all (there's a soft wash car wash right next to his place). I, honestly cannot remember having such a great experience with service. Pros: Low price, and better sevice. more

Professional Mechanic 9/19/2008

As a woman I find it hard to communicate with Mechanics, mostly because of their need to make me feel inferior to the topic of a car. At All-tech I have been fortunate to find professionals who educate me on the important maintenance needs of my car. I drive away feeling like I left a Doctors office for Cars. Not only was the immediate repair need completed, but also future plans for care and prevention are often given. Thank you All-Tech for giving me a peace of mind. Pros: Agressive Pricing more
