The experience of working with Sal Sassone was everything a car buying experience should be. I called the dealership ahead of time, and upon arrival the car was reserved with my name. Sal was friendly, knowledgeable, and above all-fair. Toyota products speak for themselves, however, working with Sal made the process smooth and easy from beginning to end. I originally came across Bernardi Toyota on the internet while I was perusing new vehicles. I did have an initial interest in Toyota as a brand because of their positive reputation and the site had a number of appealing options but early on in the process I was unsure if I could afford the purchase. After my initial inquiry online I was contacted by Brandon Keddy and was tremendously pleased; I shared my concerns with him and made it clear I did not want to be talked into anything. He was beyond understanding and assured me that I would find a car at a price I was comfortable with or I would leave the lot, no hard feelings. When I arrived, Sami Hatoum was equally as easy-going as he showed me around. I ultimately drove off in a new Camry and while I'm extremely happy with the purchase the real reason I am writing this review is because I felt comfortable throughout the whole process at Bernardi, something I don't usually feel at a car dealership. I'd recommend Bernadi Toyota to anyone and absolutely will be coming back 25 years from now when I'm done with my Camry! more

I can't say enough about the great service I received from Beranardi's during my recent purchase of a 2012 Toyota Camry. Having driven the same Honda Civic for the past 14 years I was a bit rusty in the car buying department but knew it was time for something new. The staff at Bernardi's in Framingham most definitely set my mind at ease. They were my first stop of my car buying journey and I found myself, a month later, right back where I started from knowing that I was getting a wonderful car at a fair price. I would like to specifically thank Iurrii Krybanch, the salesman who I worked with, for your time and effort getting my into my dream car. We just bought a house in Framingham and went to Bernardi Toyota to look at a new car. Our salesman was very helpful. He took us around to all the cars and explained everything about each one that we looked at. He was extremely informative about everything. We bought a new Corolla and we love it! We appreciated how kind he was to us. We used to live in Kentucky and have never had such a good experience buying a car as we had at Bernardi Toyota. We will be back to buy another car that we have our eye on! more

I have only taken my 2008 Toyota Camry to one place - Bernardi Toyota. My vehicle is driven daily with a long commute to work each day and the wear and tear takes it's toll. The service department is honest in helping me maintain my car. more

not recommended 9/27/2010

Never ready on time, highly overpriced than other Toyota dealers. 2 years ago they told me my water pump needed replacing, didn't heed their advice, still running with no problem. Don't trust them more

Slow and dubious 3/27/2010

They took a deposit when I ordered my car, and months later it still hand't arrived, despite various inconsistent stories. A colleague when to a neighboring dealer and bought the exact model I had ordered off the lot. Various details of the purchase were botched. I'd never take my car there for service. Stay away from this dealership 3/12/2009

I had a terrible experience with this dealership that has convinced me to stop using them. I brought my 02 Sienna minivan in for service to the rear hatch because of a broken door handle. They charged me over $100 to replace a cheap piece of plastic part and THEN refused to take responsibility for a bad scratch where they parked the car up against a light pole. I never got a customer survey after that service visit. They only survey people with positive experiences. Shady Service 9/3/2008

I brought my '04 Celica in because my check engine light was on. I was charged $95 for them to hook the car up to a machine (about 5 minutes of labor). They then quoted me $2000 to replace the Catalytic Converter. I did some research online to find how much the actual converter costs and it costs about $175 for the parts, so that means they were charging me about $1,825 for labor. A bit outragous. Cons: horrible customer service!!!!!, they scam you! more
