Excellent, Efficient Support 12/1/2011

I would like to thank you for the wonderful support Bernard Movers ship to our move the 2011 weekend. The crew was phenomenal -- friendly, hardworking and professional. They did a fantastic job packing up a large number of plastic bins and boxes, countless plastic bags of clothing along with car seats and strollers, within an organized fashion making the transition to the new location easier. I can't even imagine the way we could have done it without their support and yours. more

Great Moving Firm! 11/30/2011

We had a short move from the downtown apartment to midtown. We chose Bernard Movers in Santa Barbara because they were recommended by a friend, and were also the least expensive we found. These guys were fast, courteous, and did everything possible to protect our stuff. We were shocked that the move was completed so quickly. We had minor damage to our bed, so when I pointed it out for them, they offered to pay the entire expense of the repair, well beyond what we should were insured for. The harm was so minor, and really beyond what they can control, so that I decided to not even pursue it. If we have to move again, we will be using Bernard Movers. more

I used Bernard Movers services a few days ago and I have to say I've never experienced such a pleasant move before. With excellent customer service and prompt professional movers I felt that it's all taken care off. There were no additional costs I was never told of, no problems, only clean professional work that was well done more

Superb, Reliable Service 11/1/2011

I moved my business in Santa Barbara to a different location. I had many valuables which were very high priced including paintings, sculptures and numerous works of art that were irreplaceable. I had learned about Bernard Movers and decided to call them to get an estimate. I was greeted by a very courteous sales representative, who reassured me of Bernard Movers excellent degree of service, as I was very nervous with all the expensive items I had to maneuver. Every piece was moved without even a scratch on it. The movers knew exactly how to wrap and pack the items. They were the greatest bunch of guys, and turned what could have been a very stressful experience, into one of the best moving experiences. I will unquestionably be utilising them again for any future moves, and will highly recommend them. more

They're quick as well as professional! 10/26/2011

I hate moving, but they actually made it an enjoyable experience! Bernard Movers were punctual, friendly, helpful and helped me stay calm during my move. I'd some very difficult pieces to maneuver, some with great sentimental attachment, plus they treated it using the greatest of care! Any questions I had they answered plus they obviously knew the things they were doing. I would recommend Bernard Movers to anyone who wants a hassle free move. more

They're quick and expert! 10/26/2011

I did a lot of online investigation into well-rated Santa Barbara moving companies and known as a number of movers for quotes. Bernard Movers provided the best hourly rate, and that i decided to go with them. The 3 movers were promptly, very professional, and incredibly helpful. They completed my proceed to a new studio in lust a few hours, and everything arrived within fine condition. The fee at the end of the move was as agreed upon, although there were a few additional $10 charges for shrink-wrap for that couch and a bag for the chair. Overall, Bernard Movers made moving day manageable. Five stars and that i would definitely recommend them. more

Trustworthy and reasonably priced 10/23/2011

It absolutely was my first move, so naturally We have lot and lots of questions, and all sorts of were answered patiently through the very patient Christi who won my business with the professionalism. Every little detail she gave me and my husband when we conference called concerning the hourly price and extra cost of supplies, was a big help on the road day. We were packed and ready for the movers, and had an easy, surprise free move. Well, no bad surprises anyway. There were nice ones: they provided an arrival window of 8:000-10:00am, and arrived on 8:05. Which was a good start and I was glad your day kept going in that direction. They were always smiling, even with the super hot day I ended up moving on. Bernard Movers made my move quick and easy. more

When my mother made a decision to move from Santa Barbara to Los angeles, I decided to use Bernard Movers. I had moved earlier from San Francisco and had great service from their website. Best movers we found! 6/25/2011

My family used Bernard Movers movers for the past 9 years. Their packers were and quick and very careful. I used them to pack my 3 bedroom home and I thought it would take them at least 10 hours. They were done in 4 hours with 3 packers. Bernard Movers moving crew and also top notch. Movers were running 15 minutes late and called me to let me know that they were stuck in traffic. When you are packed, they really can pack the van quickly. I highly recommend Bernard Movers movers in Santa Barbara! more

Reliable & No Hidden Fees!!! 4/8/2011

I just wanted to thank Bernard Movers for sending such a great crew. Sebastian and the three young men were efficient and took very good care of wrapping and moving my furniture which I was a little concerned about. This is one of the most stress free moves I have experienced. more

Great service 3/21/2011

That was a great surprise! I never though it would be such a smooth move to my new apartment. I was very excited about moving but was quite stressed. Flat rate managed to work around my schedule and changed the start time a few times until everything worked out between the buildings and my schedule. They even called the building and sent insurance (my building is very strict). I was impressed. I didn't have to worry about anything and that's how it should be. Great service! I highly recommend. more

A job well done 3/18/2011

The move went very smoothly to our surprise and the price was the same as we were quoted initially. The movers were courteous and polite. They managed to accomplish this complicated move that involved three different locations efficiently and without any problems. I was also impressed with how well they worked with the doormen at the apartment buildings. I strongly recommend this company to anyone moving. more

Great Moving Company 3/10/2011

I just moved and it was a fantastic moving experience. The crew of 3 was fast and efficient and damaged nothing. They even had to go up 2 flights to get all of my stuff and go up 2 flights to put it away in the new place. They asked me where I wanted stuff placed. The price didn't change even though there were a few extra items not mentioned for the estimate (that must always happen). I highly recommend using this moving company. Knowing the cost before you move is great, and then you don't have to hope they hurry it up to keep it cheap. more

Highly Recommended!! 3/4/2011

I was very happy using them for my cross country move. all my furniture arrived in 6 days from cost to cost. They were professional and numbered the boxes so that you can check off each number upon arrival. I worked with Steve who came to estimate my move, Tony who packed up all my stuff and angel who drove cross country and delivered everything to me all by himself. They were courteous and a pleasure to work with. I was impressed and would definitely recommend them! more

Turning a move into a good experience 3/1/2011

I am very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of this moving company. Highly recommend. They arrived on time, packed our wardrobe, picture frames, and anything else that wasn't ready. They did an exceptional job taking apart and putting back together our bedroom and office furniture. The furniture and TVs were wrapped and handled with great care. From the time we got Steve give us a quote to the last bit of furniture was in its place, GREAT JOB! more
