I agree with the last review. I mailed them my local tax paper work, the first wk of february, that included a refund. Everytime I would call they would tell me that it should only be 2 more wks. It has now been about 4 months and they are still saying 2wks. This is crazy. When they thought that we owed them money, they gave us less than 30 days to pay. Turned out we didnt owe anything! Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Worst service EVER!!! 7/29/2009

This people are not professional in the first place and they are very rude. After they put you on hold forever and after you ask them questions they give evasive answer and most of the time they are not able. This is a very bad experience, be aware!!! Cons: Their service and more... more
