I have used Berkey's for both Air Conditioning and Plumbing and have very pleased with the responsiveness, the technician who isolated and resolved my problems and the final price...

Worst

Check with ANYONE else and I bet you will get a lower price.

Michael was very thorough and efficient. He noted that my filter needed a change and took care of that for me and that my thermostat batteries were low. I had batteries on hand and he showed me how to replace them. He had to work around my dogs that were constantly in the way and had a wonderful attitude about it. He's great! more

Our AC was not working properly - not cooling. The technician did an OUTSTANDING job investigating and resolving the problem. He communicated his findings clearly and effectively. Overpriced 6/28/2011

Called them for a simple job. Very, very high prices. Only had them do the most necessary parts of job. They charge based book rates and not actual time. Took me a couple of minutes to do something they wanted to charge $180 to do. At least they were able to do the job so if price isn't issue then I guess these guys are okay. more

I joined their protection plan on the first use of their service and have enjoyed savings a ongoing check-ups since. I would highly recommend Berkey's for both AC and Plumbing. more
