Upset customer 9/25/2010

I was very disappointed with their lack of fairness and concern about customer satisfaction. I ordered 3 hats, of which 2 were the size I ordered. The other was 3 sizes too large. I emailed them about the problem. Their solution was for me to pay 2 way postage to get another hat, of hopefully the correct size.\r I didn't do anything wrong, why should I pay another $14.00 to possibly take care of their shortcomings? I simply won't shop at Berkeley Hat Co. again.\r Thanks, Charles more

I love this store!!! This store has a wide selection of hats and great prices too!!! They have all kinds of fedoras, fascinators, church hats, and fun costume ideas as well. I would definitely recommend this place! more

Berkeley Hat Co is the worst hat company in the area 9/23/2009

This is not a good company, purchase a hat, and they put it in a bag and did not wrap it correctly, the feather broke and they would do nothing about it. this is not a good company, awful customer service. avoid this company.. more

variety of hats for decent prices 3/6/2006

This hat store is filled with all kinds of hats! I see young, middle-aged, and elderly people shopping here. They are decent priced, although I have never bought a hat here, I have many friends ravish about the store. I pass by it everyday on the way home from school and can't help but notice the display case of funky, playful, and casual hats. If I ever need a hat (which I do not wear too much), this will definitely be the first place I look. I recommend to all. PROS: wide variety of hats, decent priced CONS: not many workers to help, but just ask more

They carry straw hats, boaters, berets, fedoras, hats for church or just one to go with a Halloween costume. Their store is filled from floor to ceiling with hats of every material and color. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable and can help you find the perfect hat for any occasion. more

There is no doubt that this store will not have a hat that you do not want. This hat store provides all types of hats! You can get a cap, cowboy hat, clown hats, feathered hats, etc. They are perfect for costumes. Caps with clasps are extremely cheap. You will find caps that are fitted. Whatever style you are into, you will find it here. more

This is another Berkeley icon store. The hats run the gamut of Dr. Suess to church hats with large brims and lots of fru fru on top. The store is small but mighty and friendly. Wonderful low prices too. more
