i bought a new 2008 silverado from them. i went to pick up the truck and stuff was not installed on the truck according to the window sticker. then the winter came along and we got the first cold spell and the truck overheated came back and said the coolant didn't have enough antifreeze in the water and froze in my engine. since it overheated i had to pay for an oil change even though i changed it a week ago. i have had my truck in many times for a wind leak in the doors and they are now saying it is normal when my bosses truck (same as mine bought a few days after i got mine) doesn't do it. then i have been complaining about seats and the lint coming off of them and they lied to me about them taking care of the problem a year and a half later still nothing has been resolved in my opinion this is the worst place for customer service.
