I came ot Berger for a 2nd opinion and estimate than the dealership. Not only did I save $1500 by coming here, I also came back for any other car repairs! I love supporting local, I won't take my car anywhere else! more

Professional, prompt, friendly, responsive... Hard to beat! 11/26/2013

For more than ten years, our business has used Berger Auto Parts & Service to service our trucks. They take care of any repairs that come up and make sure the trucks are ready to work for us. We've never had to ask them to come back after a servicing to fix their work. They are 100% professional and prompt. Whenever I ask a question that they don't know the answer to, they are sure to find it out for me. They are extremely friendly to work with, too. I think they're really hard to beat! more

Very timely and affordable service 11/20/2013

With Menards, they work on our fleet of vehicles. They get us in right away and make sure to explain what's wrong and why they want to do certain things as well as, the different options available. We've been working with them for the past eight years because they have good prices and they stand by their work. Brad T. more

Robert and all the others have been super! 10/15/2013

No matter what someone asks me about Berger Auto Parts & Service, I'll have something nice to say! Robert, the manager, and all of the mechanics do all that they can. I have a 1993 Tracer, so it's not exactly a new car. They keep it running for me! I had trouble with my wipers recently. They couldn't even find the part needed because it's so old. Finally, Robert was able to find one in Kansas City! He ordered it for me, they installed it the other day, and things have been fine since. They're all just wonderful. more
