this place is beyond breathtaking!! i mean where have you seen a dealership which looks like this! and the salespeople take the time to really answer all questions, even though they knew i was not buying! i had such a lovely experience when i went back a few months later with my boyfriend i made sure he bought his bentley there and he was thrilled and very happy with his experience! its way beyond a store! more

The experience with Bentley was a welcome change from my last few auto purchases - all of which have been from - luxury dealerships. The paperwork was delivered in an easy to follow package and the back and forth exchange was very\r quick. The vehicle was exactly as described and was in perfect condition. Overall, this transaction was easier than I expected and I'm thrilled with my new car. I will definitely reach out to Chris when I make my next purchase and will be happy to refer friends. more

I was traveling to New York. My convertible top got stuck in the down position on my 2010 Bentley GTC - I called another Bentley dealership and their service department was closed. I called Bentley Downers Grove and they said there service department was closed on Saturdays,but they will have the service manager contact me. Within 10 minutes Tom Baldasarri the service manager called me back .He arranged to have a loaner vehicle dropped off at the Drake Hotel and had my vehicle towed to Bentley Downers Grove. That is SERVICE - that is what I excepted from a Bentley dealership. not the reply - we are closed. My Bentley was repaired on Monday. Tom had my Bentley flatbed back to me that afternoon and they even picked up their loaner vehicle. They performed a full detail on my vehicle. That is what I call ""GREAT SERVICE"". This was all done at no cost to me. more

Chris was very responsive to my calls and questions, followed up on open questions when he said he would, and kept me informed as the process moved along. My vehicle showed up a day earlier than promised which was a pleasant surprise. more

Chris treated us with respect and regardless that we looked like bums, he took us seriously. My husband was very impressed with that. Often time salespersons will judge you based on your appearance, which is a mistake. Buying a higher end car for the first time is a big commitment and a huge decision. After having purchased our car, weve kept in close contact with Chris and he's always been there to answer any questions or provide help in any way. That's what customer service is all about and what makes companies successful. more

First let me say that the venue is top shelf. They have a mix of Bentleys and Lamborghinis scattered all over. The music, drinks, and appetizers were excellent. They had their salesmen on staff just in case we had any questions about the merch. I did show interest in one of the Bentleys and the salesman was very nice and extremely knowledgeable about the car and the history. I found the conversation very fascinating. We talked for about 10 minutes even though he knew I was not in the market. First class establishment with excellent merchandise and service. more
