Beware of this bait and switch foot doctor. I was quoted a certain price for a foot exam as I was out of network for med insurance. I paid the amount in full, got a paid in full invoice and then rec'd a bill for a greater amount. They refused the facts, notified a collection agency. I sent all the paperwork to that agency to no avail. It still shows up on my credit report.
