We have been using Benny's for 2 years now and our dog LOVES it there. Whenever we bring her to Benny's to drop her off she runs into the play are without even looking back at us. It is also nice to see Benny himself working in the front with the dogs. The staff is always friendly and it is so nice to go on vacation knowing that our dog will be loved and well taken care of. Thank you Benny's! more

I've been to Benny's 6 times now, and as much as I like Benny and his facility, his staff is a real downfall. At least half of them are quite rude. Having worked in customer service most of my life and owning my own small business, I know how important customer service is. I also certainly understand how everyone can have a bad day. That said, I wrote a very heartfelt and polite letter to Benny to tell him of my troubles (since he is never there) and asked for a refund. He has yet to respond. Not a good way to do business. I don't want some of these young ladies with very poor attitudes around my dog, and I don't want to continue using them now that I've complained. I also don't want to be treated as if I am a nuisance when I have been nothing but polite to them, and oh, by the way, I PAY THEIR SALARY! Waiting on my refund, Benny! more

The BEST! 10/24/2011

This place is awesome! I have a 100lb German Shepherd so he needs a lot of room, and Benny's has it! Their play area is huge and it's indoor/outdoor so the dogs have a place to get out of the weather if it's not to their liking. I really like that there is a separate area for smaller or less active dogs and that there are platforms and a pirate ship for the dogs to play on. (How fun!) The boarding areas are VERY nice. They are individual suites and each one has a bed. There was plenty of room for my big boy, he wasn't cramped at all. The entire facility is very clean and the staff is wonderful! Very friendly and you can tell they really love what they do. It's so nice to have piece of mind knowing that my Sarge is being well taken care of and is having so much fun when I'm away. I wouldn't board him anywhere else. more

Daisy and Rowdy love Benny's Dog Resort 6/14/2010

My dog loves Benny?s. They know when we are around the corner and rock the car running around in the back of my car. They have a great facility that works great for both my dogs. Daisy likes to lay around and suntan and Rowdy likes to run , run and run. When I first visited they gave me a day free of charge to bring my dogs in to make sure they and, lets face it, myself were comfortable. They can play in the water, play catch, play chase or relax. But knowing my dogs I?m sure they don?t sit once at Benny?s because there is always something for them to do. I recommend Benny?s to all my dog loving friends. more

GREAT place, wouldn't go anywhere else! 6/3/2010

I am a teacher in the dfw area and work crazy hours so Benny's Dog Resort is like a second home for Germs (yes my dog is named Germs). Germs has gone to Benny's Dog Resort for about 3 years. Since he was 6 months old. There is so much indoor and outdoor space for the dogs to run around. And, since Germs is like my kid they send me pictures of Germs playing in the pool or on the pirate ship. It's great. With my hours I don't get much time during the week to play with him but I know he will play all day and come home tired. Benny and all of his staff are the best! I have known all of them for almost 3 years and trust them with Germs. He has fun and plays all day, I wouldn't take him anywhere else. :-) more

Doug LOVES it ! 1/20/2008

Doug really loves you guys! He gets bored at home and goes nuts when we come around the corner. The employees are wonderful, always nice and happy with the animals. I have referred my apartment neighbor and will continue to send more your way. Doug was really tired when he got home, sounds like he really had a blast as usual. You guys are awesome! more

My dog loves the place and the people! 1/6/2008

My dog loves going to Pet Stay and Play. He knows where we are going when we cross the railroad tracks. He goes crazy in the car and does flips! When I pick him up from daycare he is so tired I can tell he got a good work out. The people are always so friendly and excited to see Jack. They have cute nick names for him and always give me funny pictures of how silly he is. I have recommended this place to all my friends and will continue to do so! more

Emploees are very nice 10/22/2007

I loved it. The employees are very nice and they treated Gizmo very well. She was very happy at pickup and she appeared not stressed or sad. Your service is fabulous and the Christmas gifts were a nice touch. You treat our Gizmo like we treat her. Keep it up ! more
