This place has lousy customer service. It's one of those ""I can heal you in 12 visits"" kind of places. They want the money up front. On my second (and last) visit, I was there for a total of 6 minutes. And that was after spending two minutes on the mechanized bed to work on my spine. I went to Dr Benningfield after enduring the services of 2 other chiropractors. One Dr. laughed at my pain while another Dr. claimed he could cure me to the tune of $3500.00. The methods used by the greedy Dr. were actually causing me greater pain and discomfort. I searched for a Dr. who uses ArpWave Therapy and found Dr Benningfield. He quickly took me in as a patient and proceeded to treat my condition with ArpWave. I did start healing and enjoyed the fact that ArpWave was quick and I always felt better after treatment. Unlike other doctors, Benningfield wants you to get well as quickly as possible. I really appreciated this positive approach versus keeping you as a patient long term just to line his pockets. The staff is pleasant and the Doctor gets the job done! more
