Great Service & Great Options 3/3/2011

Good: Kenny Crandall's response to all of my inquiries were precise and timely each and every time. Whether it was by email, or by phone, my questions were addressed quickly.. Bad: I have absolutely no complaints about the service I received from Kenny and Bennett & Porter.. Other: This was my first experience shopping for insurance services through a broker rather than directly from a major provider. In the past I was the typical insurance shopper, following the ads I saw on television. I compared my quotes from Bennett & Porter with the big carriers, and found them to be very competitive, with a greater degree of personal care & service.. more

Awesome Service 2/25/2011

I received a call out of the blue from Scott Porter. It was perfect timing. I wanted to review my insurance policies to see if I could get a lower price, but was running out of time to do so. It was as if they were reading my mind. He was able to find me a policy with another company saving me over $300 for the year. Thank you, Scott!! more

Rich has been an amazing person to work with. He is very professional, quick to reply to our questions, and has shown great patience when explaining policies to us. Good: Rich is timely and responsive to his clients, of which I am one. He is awesome at finding the right coverage and at awesome prices. He communicates with his clients and keeps them informed about his progress. I particularly like his ability to conduct his business electronically. This is a huge time saver for a busy small business person.. Bad: Being transfered to his voice mail, almost routinely.. Improvements: I wish Rich would look into using 'Docu-Sign' to sign documents electronically, instead of sign, scan and email.. more

GREAT Personalized Service 2/21/2011

Good: The service was quick and the salesman was not pushy. He saved us money on our insurance policies by combining our home policy with our car policy. He also got us comprehensive glass insurance that our other policy did not provide.. Other: Our agent's name is Jeff Chihak and I would reccommend him to anyone who likes to feel that the agent cares about you.. more

I thought I had got the best deal! I was wrong! 2/17/2011

I received a phone call from an online inquiry I had filled out about insurance. It was Rich Dalton from Bennett & Porter asking if I needed assistance on insurance. At first I thought well I have done all the research and hunting and I have gotten the best deal. A savings of 30 bucks was good enough. Well after Rich was kind enough to not take up too much of my time he showed me otherwise. Bottom line. He didnt waste my time, he didnt push me, and he was honest. Plus he saved me over $1500 a year! Give him a call - he will help you out! more

On numerous occasions he has taken the time to explain detail by detail, coverages and plans, while always catering to my needs. Can't say enough about the customer service and treatment I have received. more

Help with Auto Insurance 2/3/2011

I have lived in Arizona my entire life and have had the same insurance agent and company since I was 16. My sister recommended that I call Kyle. He was amazing and held my hand the whole time. I needed it because it was hard to make this change. I am so glad that I did. My old state farm agent took a week to call me back and really didn't care about me like Kyle has shown. more

Sandy was able to help me out with my insurance when I moved to AZ. She searched several insurance companies and let me choose the one that I was most comfortable with. The insurance rates are much higher in Arizona. more

I think it was about 2 years ago that Tanner Williams become my agent. He has been able to always find me the best coverage and best price. He has been loyal to me, and to one specific insurance company. more
