Good: Rich is timely and responsive to his clients, of which I am one. He is awesome at finding the right coverage and at awesome prices. He communicates with his clients and keeps them informed about his progress. I particularly like his ability to conduct his business electronically. This is a huge time saver for a busy small business person.. Bad: Being transfered to his voice mail, almost routinely.. Improvements: I wish Rich would look into using 'Docu-Sign' to sign documents electronically, instead of sign, scan and email..
