This place was awesome! So very helpful and very nice! My insurance was a beast to work with and they were very patient in helping me deal with them! My car looks like new and I couldn't be happier more

Not the best service. Had my car towed to their place and they said that they would call me when they got it in. They never did. I called and they said that it was at ""the yard"" and gave me that number. I called ""the yard"" and they said they didn't have t that Bennet did. They gave me the run around and wouldn't really answer my questions then told me they had someone on the line they had to get back too. I wasn't pleased at all. Had my car towed to Absolute Automotive in Orem and they were great about it, answered my questions and were friendly. Bennett Body made me feel like I was annoying them, not a customer. more

It's interesting that Bennett Body & Frame does not include the Discount Towing half of the business in his business name here. I'm fairly certain that towing is where he gets half, if not all, of his daily income. If I could give negative stars here I would. This place exemplifies everything that is wrong in this world. The owner looks out for himself and cares nothing about those around him. He excuses his behavior as acceptable because it is how he puts food on his own table. The owner of this place is a disgusting human being. People make mistakes and then sadly have to be at the mercy of scum like this man. It's laughable that he has named his company Discount Towing, there is nothing ""discount"" about it. With extreme sadness I asked this man if there was anyway he could lower the cost, or even waive the absurd storage fee of $50. Without even thinking it over he said no. He told me this is how he feeds his own family. He went on to explain to me how much his lot costs to run, rent and insurance costs etc. Let me know those fees are his livelihood. I said ok and understand that he apparently has to take advantage of people to get by. He did not like that. He tried to tell me the fees were state mandated. Even printed off a copy of fees for me (no where did it account for the outrageous price he charged). Then he tried to blame the charge on the police. He said the police are the ones who set the fee. This makes no sense as he is the one who is collecting the money. He then tried to liken himself to a doctor or retirement home, saying that his business is no different. That those professions/businesses collect on people's misfortune also. He tried to even insult my profession saying that it is the same. My company helps people and this scum of a man tried to take away from that to make himself feel better. Companies like these take advantage of those in need. It's sickening. To make matters worse, if you can't afford to pay to get your vehicle right away then he tacks on a $50 storage fee per day. DO NOT ever allow this company to tow your vehicle. He does not deserve the business. If the police try to tow your vehicle here, request another company do the towing. Please read down further to where others have had the same experience as I have. I feel it would be most ungrateful to go without thanking Bennett Body & Frame for repairing my 2002 Toyota Corolla. I do appreciate the effort they went to to save me money and still do an excellent repair on my car. Their promptness in repairs was also appreciated in and out in 3 days.I will definitely recommend this business to anyone that I know that is in need of collision repair work. Jeanie W. My 2005 Dodge Neon was rear-ended by a family member. Bennett Body and Frame helped get us the best deal on parts and saved us $1100 over what it could have cost to repair. My car looks brand new. Very impressed with the speed and quality of the service. I've been to other shops (Maaco, Cascade) and would definitely choose this place over them. more

I give this company 5 stars! Our Nissan Altima got in a wreck and Bennett's Bodyshop was heaven sent. Both the owner and manager were very professional and friendly. My prior experiences at bodyshops were not great but this one has been excellent. They not only finished early with my car but they also put quality genuine Nissan parts on my car. And last but not least the paint job looked great. \r \r I hope that I do not have to use a body shop again but if I do Bennett's Body will be the one I choose.\r more

Wish I could give 0 stars. This company is unkind, no customer service orientation at all, it is about how much money can they make. Had to have a bike towed off the Alpine Loop. Would not respond to phone calls to pick it up on a weekend but charged $75 daily storage fee on top of an exorbitant tow rate. Are you kidding? $75 storage for a motorcycle? How convenient. Then, would not stay a little late so I could pick it up after work AND added 5% to charge a credit card over the phone ""because the credit card company will charge him the same thing"". BS!! He is taking advantage because he is in control. What is worse, if the tow is ordered by law enforcement, he can charge anything and does not have disclose his pricing so he can gouge the customer AFTER the fact, and he remains firmly in control making $75 more every day he keeps that control. Completely disreputable, without scruples or a conscience, a TOTAL RACKET!!! NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! more

Had my car towed here, what a mistake! They misquoted me, when I took it up with the owner, he said ""I'm the owner and what I say goes!"" I then informed him that I was going to report him to the BBB, he followed up with ""I don't like threats..."" that isn't even the worst part....he continued to follow me to my car and yell at me in front of my two small children!!! This was the WORST customer service, even the OWNER of this place is untrustworthy. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! Pros: NONE-I would give this place a BIG FAT ZERO *0* Cons: EVERYTHING ABOUT THE PLACE, INCLUDING THE OWNER more

I took my '04 Mazda RX8 into Bennett's, after receiving a recommendation from a family member. I went in and was quoted $2500 for a full body repaint. There was very minor damage -- door dings, scratches, etc. and a dent in the top of the car. When we went to pick it up, it had paint drips, scratches, dimples and dirt in the paint. It took 2 additional weeks, and two more rounds of whatever they did (do they even have a paint booth??) and it still came out with a scratch on the hood and several pits, dimples and nicks. We were very amiable and reasonable and tried to work withte owner with absolutely no results. He insisted it was a quality job, and what we wanted was a ""showroom finish"" which would cost thousands more. He refused to pay for a rental car for the 3rd week of not having our car done. I called a few other body shops just to see if my expectations were too high. They confirmed that for $2500 I should expect a showroom finish, and was genuinely surprised of how the owner was acting. Will still try to settle, but at this point, it may be going to court and definitely on the BBB's website. Pros: ???? Haven't seen any yet. Cons: If you hate being screwed over, don't go here. more
