Worst

The new Kohler faucet that was installed was defective water leaked all over kitchen bamboo floor and into basement.

Good work but at a high price 7/30/2018

Plumbers arrived and reviewed the job, then gave us the cost before starting to work. Upon our acceptance of the price they performed the work. They explained the parts they installed. The toilet had to be drained and they did it without making a mess. $400 seems excessive but we just wanted the job completed instead of having more plumbers come out for an estimate. They all charge just to come to your house anyway. more

Thoughtful and understanding. Felt I could trust his recommendations about buying a new toilet rather than trying to repair the old. Helpful ideas about what to do. Would certainly trust his advice and skill as a plumber again. more

In discussion with area plumbers, you over charged me by about $300.00. Never will I use you company again. Heck of a way to treat a disabled combat veteran. As always a GREAT job! I have used Benjamin Franklin for many years. Putting in gas lines for my gas log fireplace. Installing a water line for my ice cube machine in my freezer. Fixing a leak behind my dishwasher. To a install of a water filtration unit for purifying the chlorine from my city water. They got the job done. You can depend on these guys! They give you a piece of mind. You pay for what you get. There GOOD. Like to give a SHOUT OUT to Rohan. Great job you did on my outside faucet. Thanks again. more

Outrageous prices!! 6/22/2018

I have monthly service contract to cover minor repairs. Of course, the latest service was not covered. Plumber took less than 1/2 hour to repair small part inside shower faucet and the cost was $350. Should have been a plumber...paid more than high cost attorneys. Requested owner to call me, but ignores request. Manager said that was cost for the job and not billed by the hour. Manager said we had a excellent plumber and works quickly but another plumber may have taken 2 hours. Really???? does that make any sense? No, it doesn't. Let's just rob the customer. Stay away from Ben Franklin plumbing more

I can honestly say I am very happy with the services that were performed by the different plumbers they sent out to my home to perform all the request that I asked for. They're GOOD you pay for what you ask for! I have a piece of mind with these guys. They do it right the first time. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin! Like to give a shout out to Rohan.
