Excellent service every time! 9/15/2017

I tend to panic seeing water all over the floor - but knowing that Ben Franklin is coming gives me security and peace of mind. I know I will get a fair price and explanation of the work that needs to be done. That all the parts are in the truck - and the service will be on time. Tim, my latest service pro was very efficient - and worked quickly to resolve my problem. Friendly and cheerful, he left me smiling. Great company! more

Paul was great. He provided us with multiple options for repair. He performed the work on time and did a great job. Paul was easy to talk to, with a good sense of humor. It felt like a friend I haven't seen in years was fixing my water heater. more

Fast service in an emergency 7/12/2017

My water heater burst and PJ with BFP was an excellent salesman and installer. Very friendly, I don't have the time or patience anymore to fix these things. PJ got out the old unit and re-plumbed to a new location. I went with a hybrid unit and I'm pleased with its output. I will call them again for my next plumbing issue more

More time spent on selling service plans than doing the work expected 7/11/2017

I expected a plumber not a used car salesman. Trying to push service plans is borderline harassment. By the way my garbage disposal still doesnt work. Will not call Ben Franklin again more

c did an excellent job at my house, fixing a leak on my washing machine and replacing my toilet. They were on time and very efficient. PAUL PALVA was very professional, as well as his assistant. He gave me detailed options in a very understandable manner. I'm happy to recommend them. In September of last year I had a leak of my water heater and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing replaced it, doing a very satisfying job, which was the reason I used them again this time. Great Service 3/7/2017

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technician Bryan Taylor came today to follow up on a previous call. He was extremely courteous, did a great job, and also fixed my outside faucet that needed to be replaced. He gave me an estimate and did the repair on the spot! Great Service!!! 2/27/2017

I originally called Benjamin franklin plumbing to help me clean out my kitchen pipes. I have an older house with cast iron plumbing. They quoted me at a price I felt was too high (turns out it wasn't). . . Then I called another company and they made the problem worse and said I had to replace all the plumbing in the house. I called Benjamin Franklin back and they saved the day!!! They fixed the problem entirely without replacing the lines. They saved me Thousands!!! I should have stuck with them the first time around. And their customer service was incredible!!! They cleaned up after themselves and even wore little booties to cover their feet when they entered the house! more

Plumbing Repairs 7/27/2016

Mark Bailey was punctual and professional. He removed and replaced a laundry utility sink, replaced a leaking garbage disposal and cleared the slow draining master bath drain for a fair price and in an expeditious manner. Mark was very pleasant and took the time to explain each repair. We will contact the Company and request Mark for any future plumbing needs. more

Great Plumber 5/31/2016

A toy was flushed down the toilet by my toddler. I was given a 4 hour window for service and was called with a half hour heads up for Mark the plumber's arrival. He was very professional and gave a quote for augering it with a tool and one for having to remove the toilet. I was very pleased that the augering worked and only took a few minutes. I would happily use Ben Franklin Plumbing again! more

The Extra Mile 5/17/2016

This company and the technician were everything their website claimed and more. The technician was able to come earlier than expected, which we had requested if possible. Jon put on booties as he entered the house. He was neat and clean and didn't make a mess. Jon assessed our problem and gave me three options with prices. He answered all my questions. After working on the problem, he found another problem and fixed it free of charge. He was knowledgeable and honest. I will use them again for all plumbing concerns. more

Excellent Plumbing Job 4/26/2016

We saw an advertisement on TV Channel 3 WWAY for Benjamin Franklin. We decided to have them give us an estimate. The gentlemen that came was "Chandler " He was very professional and provided an estimate for the work that we wanted done. We decided to sign the contract because he was experienced and knew exactly what we needed. The job was completed the following day and we were very pleased. more

Man of few words, however i emailed a service request at 10.30 on a thursday evening and with in 24 hrs we had received a call to detail the problem, schedule and by 12pm on friday we had a new toilet with zero issues and no attempt to upsell.... joe leland, nc more
