Very nice and professional man came to do the work. I wouldn't recommend it because it was extremely overpriced. I just didn't have the time to get someone else in there to do it....

Overpriced 7/5/2016

Very nice and professional man came to do the work. I wouldn't recommend it because it was extremely overpriced. I just didn't have the time to get someone else in there to do it. $469.00 to install a toilet is absurd. Especially when I had already removed and disposed of the old one and purchased the new one and had it ready to go. more

good service but expensive 7/5/2016

After a very good experience with Benjamin Franklin back in the early spring, I immediately called them again when we had trouble with a leak, which turned out to be two leaks. They were both fairly easy, inexpensive fixes. The plumber was there for not more than two hours, (which included a run to a nearby hardware store) - and charged me $500. It seemed like a high charge for the work. more

Benjamin Franklin is always on time. They do not "over service" or try to sell you something you don't need. They get in, get the job done, and leave the place as they found it in a reasonable amount of time. I am always satisfied with their service. more

Hot water heater stopped functioning 6/30/2016

Service Technician checked-out the whole unit. Could have been the electronics, heating element or any of the expensive parts associated with my unit. He quickly diagnosed it as a bad angle for the air intake plastic pipe leading to the system, replaced the pipe appropriately and the entire system has been working better than ever. I would highly recommend this group for their expertise as well as their honesty. more

We used this plumbing service in order to unplug a sewer drain. The response was very quick and the work was completed in a very acceptable time. The plumber was courteous, friendly and well aware of what needed to be done. The work was performed to our satisfaction, and we will use this service again when required. more
