Very nice and professional man came to do the work. I wouldn't recommend it because it was extremely overpriced. I just didn't have the time to get someone else in there to do it....

I recently used the services from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and was quite pleased with how the work from them went. The people that came out were very courteous and professional while they were here doing the work, and always did a great job of explaining to us what work was being done so we wouldn't be surprised by anything. The work itself was done quickly, and there haven't been any issues since in any of the areas they worked on. Overall I was quite pleased with how the work from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing went and would definitely use them again if needed. I highly recommend their services! more

Outstanding work on installation of 2 sump pumps 2/3/2017

Work done was exemplary. The standard of plumbing work should be established with the work B Franklin did for our home. Professional, efficient and time effective. Can't say enough good about Joe Lesko and crew. Equipment installed was top notch, all piping and connections were meticulously done cleanup was as though they were never here. Plus the extra above and beyond was immeasurable. more

Prompt and trustworthy 2/3/2017

I called for a sewer line inspection and the plumber, Rob, came out within two hours. He did a thorough job and also walked the basement with me, pointing out some easy fixes (a corroded bulb valve leading to the water heater, for example) that the previous owner had neglected. I will definitely book this plumber again. more

Excellent customer service, fair pricing 12/28/2016

I was very pleased with how the work I received from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing went. Elaine was very helpful with getting us exactly what we needed. I had called out to some other companies and was stuck having a stupid dye test done, which generally isn't the buyer's responsibility. Elaine agreed and got me taken care off in good time. I will definitely continue to use the services from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing when I need, and I highly recommend them. more

Good but pricey 12/27/2016

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did the work I was expecting them to do but I thought it was really expensive. I wasn't there when they did it but it cost $300-some dollars for less than an hour. The work needed to be done and they did a good job--it was just the cost. more

Very competent, professional, and tidy 12/15/2016

You know you have a problem when the plumber has to bring a jackhammer inside the house! However, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing diagnosed and repaired a difficult problem in one day with virtually no mess, not even a speck of dust, after having to jackhammer a hole in my floor. These guys are great and are now my "go to" guys for plumbing problems. more

I heard about Benjamin Franklin Plumbing through a networking group. There was a shut off valve that needed to be installed on the outside spigot. The technician they sent was very professional. I would use their services again. more

I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing several times before. The last time I had them out to check the water tank because it was leaking. The guy took care of that and also replaced a gauge on the water line itself. He was really nice and he worked quickly and efficiently. Very professional. I would recommend them to other people. I'm sure I would use their service again. more
