John came out to give me an estimate today and I was very impressed with him. He explained in detail what had to be done with my plumbing and he gave me the estimate right way so I did not have to wait. I highly recommend this company. more

Repair/Replace 7/20/2016

I was on the waitlist for a easy toilet repair. I found a water heater leak in the morning, Jon Weinhandl came about 10:30. Replaced my water heater and fixed my toilet issue and was out by 1:30. Everything neat and clean. more

Easy to schedule online. Prompt service with a call before arrival. Frank was pleasant and respectful. Gave options for repair and cost estimates before beginning. Asked if there were any other problems he could assist with before leaving. Pleasant experience for something I was dreading. more

Both Laura and Jon were very courteous and professional in their service.. jJon was very pleasant and we enjoyed having him in our home. The job that he did seems to be working well for us. I especially appreciated Jon's lack of judgment on the shape of the bathroom. He is a credit to your company. I only spent a few moments on the phone with Laura but she too seemed to be very helpful and pleasant. more

On time, considerate, helpful. No pressure to purchase additional services. Very thorough but efficient. Services provided within reasonable time. Have been using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for many years and am glad I made the investment and joined the service club. Prices may be on the higher end but you are assured that the work is done right. The services provided are guaranteed and I was assured if there was an issue, I could call and they would resolve the issue right away. I am happy to say that I have never had an issue with any of the services or inspections provided. I recommended the company to my brother-in-law who is very exacting and demands quality work and he was more than happy with the work they did. more

The visit by Frank for the plumbing maintenance program this afternoon was the best experience that I have had with any plumbing company for many years. In less than an hour everything was taken care of and the house was left clean. Thanks for a great experience. more

Plumbing Job 12/14/2015

Laura scheduled an appointment right away which was needed. I appreciated that very much rather than having to wait even a day with an unusable kitchen sink. Jon showed up timely and was very pleasant and helpful. I especially appreciated his taking the time to talk with my husband. Larry, has dementia and messed up the pipes. Even so, Jon treated him with respect. That is worth more than anything to me. Jon fixed my sink and cleaned everything up. I would recommend him to anyone who needed a plumber. more
