Laura scheduled an appointment right away which was needed. I appreciated that very much rather than having to wait even a day with an unusable kitchen sink.
Jon showed up timely and was very pleasant and helpful. I especially appreciated his taking the time to talk with my husband. Larry, has dementia and messed up the pipes. Even so, Jon treated him with respect. That is worth more than anything to me. Jon fixed my sink and cleaned everything up. I would recommend him to anyone who needed a plumber.
