Absolutely appalled at their customer service and lack of concern or care for the customer. I ordered the suits for my wedding at Benita's because I thought this was the only option in the area and was assured they would have everything on time. I ordered well in advance, at least 3 weeks to a month (they told me it was fine). When I went to pick everything up the night before they did not have my son's suit. They hadn't attempted to call me and let me know, they even told me to come back in a few hours and they would have it. They didn't! He was the one giving me away, one of the most important suits, and they didn't have it! Not only did they not have the suit, they didn't seem to care about it either. They had accidentally ordered a toddler size and he was much larger than that. They tried to blame it on shipping but I know it wasn't that because they had the brown wrong size suit to show me and when I originally went into order his suit they had no brown suits at all, they had to order it, they just ordered the wrong size. more

POOR CLIENT RELATIONS 8/9/2007

I was very happy with my experience when I was picking out dresses. My bridesmaid happily purchased her dress in Feb. and we were just waiting for it to come in. Three months later I called to check the status of her dress and they said it was backordered. However my sister, who ordered the same dress at another store already had her dress. And she had ordered after my bridesmaid. So it couldn't have been backordered if my sisters wasn't backordered and had already arrived. When I explained to them that I was worried that the dress wouldn't get here in time, they were not friendly or compasionate at all. I would go as far to say they were down right cold and rude. I am in customer service myself and would never treat a client this way. They dress came today August 9th and the wedding is Sept 8th. That definatly is cutting it close. On top of it all....they didn't even call me to tell me it was in. I had to call them. Pros: Large dressing rooms Cons: Rude more
