Great sushi, pretty impressed! 2/17/2011

My husband and I came here as our second choice when PF Chang's was a madhouse, and I am so glad we did. We got right in to the sushi bar and it was great! The Las Vegas roll was to die for-avocado, salmon and cream cheese topped w/ a jalapeno slice. YUM!! All the sushi tasted wonderful and service was very good. Would definitely come back. more

Great Family Atmosphere and Stellar Service 2/25/2010

We celebrated my daughter's 12th birthday at Benihana's this month. Of the three locations, the Alpharetta location offers a calmer family experience with little ones. They smoothly accommodated a large party with fairly short notice. The hosts, servers and GM were very attentive and friendly. Food's good, service mediocre 10/27/2009

We went as a group of 16. ONE waitress served us. Half got food in 20 mins while the other took about an hour. For 18% gratuity applied to group of 6+, they can afford to spare one more waitstaff. The waitress didn't remember who ordered what and many of us ordered similar stuff. It's not rocket science to make some notations to mark which chair ordered what. Service was all around bad 2/19/2007

I normally eat at the downtown location but being in Alpharetta for the evening I decided to try this one out. Initally the wait for Habachi was about 30 minutes. \r \r Not so much of a problem we decided to eat at the sushi bar area but I sat at the table for about 30 mins and was not noticed at all. So since we waited 30 mins we decided on Habachi again. ""remember the wait was 30 mins."" A couple that just walked in the door was immediately seated and we were told we had to wait another 30 minutes. So we walked out. Pros: food is alway good Cons: Service is the worst more

Excellent Atmosphere, Great service and food 11/28/2006

Benihana is an excellent upscale restaurant with an awesome atmosphere and great food. The awesome thing about Benihana is that the chefs cook the food right there in front of you. It is the premier place for an evening of elegance. Pros: Ambience, Service Cons: Not suited for large groups more
