I have been mostly satisfied with Bender's service in the past, but this last time I took my truck in to be serviced, I payed alot of money (almost 400 dollars, which is ALOT for me!) to have my fuel pump replaced, an oil change/fluids check, and I get my truck home, try to use my windshield wipers to clean off my dirty windshield, and guess what? NO WINSHIELD WIPER FLUID! BONE DRY! When I asked for ALL fluids to be checked, because I am making a trip up to North Idaho (I told Mike this), I assumed that windshield wiper fluid was part of "checking all fluids". Am I wrong to be miffed at spending so much money, and not even getting windshield wiper fluid? *sigh* :(
RESPONSE FROM BENDER'S AUTOMOTIVE:
Louise, you are not wrong to be "miffed". Windshield wiper fluid is part of our service when we check fluids and I have no excuse. I did talk to my staff regarding this problem and I assure you it won't happen again. Have a safe trip to Idaho and your next oil change is on me. Again I apologize for any inconvenience
