Great shop with, good technicians. Mike and Tom are awesome with a lot of experience between the two of them, and the technicians. Had my car rebuilt there.

My Latest Service For My Truck 5/17/2011

I had an issue previously with Bender's that was resolved with my last service of my truck. I felt kind of let down, and explained this to Bender's but they took care of the problem and I received an apology from Mike and spoke to Tom deirectly and had my issue resolved. They prevented me from spending unnecessary money and made sure that I was satisfied, as well as addressing my problems/issues. more

I could never ask for a better shop than BENDER'S AUTOMOTIVE! 4/27/2011

On a referral from a longtime friend, I took my truck to BENDER'S AUTOMOTIVE. They did a lot of work on it. There was an issue with the engine check light, it kept coming on. It turned out to be from something I had asked them to do. I had asked them to use a lesser quality, more inexpensive part. They went through everything trying to find the problem, but it kept coming back to that bad part. They asked me what I wanted to do, I decided to go for the more expensive part. They ended up only charging me the difference, and not for labor. I couldn't believe it! I was ecstatic over the service they provided! This is an outstanding shop. I will definitely go back to them, they've found a lifetime customer in me. Here is a shop with people that are willing to sit down and explain things to you. They will do anything you ask them to do. They are all about providing the best, most excellent service! more

Bender's Automotive was such a great find and has been fantastic to work with! 3/15/2011

It has been great finding and working with Bender's Automotive. I first found them on the internet and started communicating with them through email and they were very responsive and nice to deal with. I recently bought a 1967 Buick and I had them check it over for me to make sure it was safe and sound. They did a few small repairs on it and changed out the tires for me. They did a wonderful job on it. They're really easy and nice to work with, and even though that was my first experience working with Bender's, I expect to be using them from this point on. more

service on two occasions 1/10/2011

I received a recommendation to Benders from AAA while on the side of the road. I am fairly new to Covina and have not been disappointed. I wish the prices were a little less but I assume that would be everyones wish. Anyways, all the folks at Benders have been very nice, helpful and I appreciate their pricing, they quote you and they stick to it. I appreciate their sense of urgency in getting my truck and car ready the same day I get it there, more

I think you guys are the icest people, and extremely truth worthy. I only would want you to have more communication with your customer when their car is with you. I asked when the car would be diagnosed and was told 9:30. Still my noon had not heard, and that happened last time too. BTW, do you have windshield wipers for my type if car? Thoughtful, nice service. 9/23/2010

I have been using Bender's Auto Repair for so long, about 15 to 18 years, and if I wasn't happy I wouldn't go back. They do the work on all 5 of our cars. I continue using them because they work with us. They have been really good to me and my family. They are very nice. There was one time when my daughter didn't pick up her car when she was supposed to, and they stayed late so that she could get it. They really work around us and are generous and nice. Denise, at the desk, is very sweet, and Mike and Tom are great. We haven't had a problem with anyone. They are honest and explain what things are. I had an issue where my lights were not turning off, and Tom offered to come out and look at it for me. Thankfully they turned off, so he didn't have to, but it was very nice of him to offer. Usually recommend 9/14/2010

I have been mostly satisfied with Bender's service in the past, but this last time I took my truck in to be serviced, I payed alot of money (almost 400 dollars, which is ALOT for me!) to have my fuel pump replaced, an oil change/fluids check, and I get my truck home, try to use my windshield wipers to clean off my dirty windshield, and guess what? NO WINSHIELD WIPER FLUID! BONE DRY! When I asked for ALL fluids to be checked, because I am making a trip up to North Idaho (I told Mike this), I assumed that windshield wiper fluid was part of "checking all fluids". Am I wrong to be miffed at spending so much money, and not even getting windshield wiper fluid? *sigh* :( RESPONSE FROM BENDER'S AUTOMOTIVE: Louise, you are not wrong to be "miffed". Windshield wiper fluid is part of our service when we check fluids and I have no excuse. I did talk to my staff regarding this problem and I assure you it won't happen again. Have a safe trip to Idaho and your next oil change is on me. Again I apologize for any inconvenience more

I have been using Bender's Auto Care for 5 years. They do honest work for an honest pay. I have had them do major repair work and maintenance; both have been excellent. They will fix the car right the first time. more

I have been a consistent customer for probably close to 20 years. I am still amazed at how much service they cover. Things that I thought I would have to go to the dealership for, Benders Auto Care can do. I consistently get better service at a better price. They have friendly and helpful staff. I plan to continue to do business with Benders. more

I always used to take all my cars to the dealers for service. It all changed 2 years ago when I found Benders. They are absolutely by far the best Auto Care Service Provider. They do the right work for the right price. I would recommend them to anybody without hesitation! more
