Ill start of by laughing at the prices they sell their things for,They are authorized dealers of KICKER,meaning they get their products WAY cheaper then you'll ever fine them,I walked in a couple days ago and saw an 8" solo baric for 599 dollers,I couldnt help but laugh,I looked online and saw a brand new 15" Solo baric for 250 with shipping included,Oh and whats this bull about that you cant take things back if they dont install that.PLEASE it took this one guy 2 and a half hours to install my head unit.....HAHAHA Ive done it in 5-10,Maybe I should take his position cuz he obviouslly dont know what he was doing.That same guy made a smart remark about my car audio system to the owner of benchmark Tim,He asked what amp I was using and tim said rockford and the guy proceeded to say "Thats why" and gigles and tim told him to "hush up"....Customer service is untolerable and the guy is anoyying I would not go there they dont care about their customers so dont let them trick you into thinking they do
