Belvedere Supper Club

Pat and Dale have been extremely helpful in taking away some of the largest stress centers in wedding planning- Location, Food, and Ceremony. The Belvedere has a wonderful outdoor chapel and an adjoining reception hall that will seat over 400. The food is wonderful and very reasonably priced, especially for the quality. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else! more

this is a great place to eat great food very friend wait staff and a country setting. i had eaten there on Easter and the food was great. I was also there on another occasion and that was a wedding the room that the wedding was in is very big and has lots of room the food for that was wonderful. we did not have to ask for extra food because the wait staff always had the dishes full. if i ever need a place to have a wedding or even a meeting room or just a get together this would be the place i would do it. i just want to let everyone know this would be my first choice family style place to eat in marshfield, and i will tell everyone to eat there more

This is a place where you feel like family right away !! Bottom line its hard to find a good old fashon meal in a city and world controlled by the franchise companies. The portions on all of the meals were more then plenty meating the cost of the meal !! The staff was very nice and the old fashons made the right way!! A TRUE HIT !!!! more

Have been to the Belvedere for several weddings, enjoyed the food. Roast beef is great, chicken was very good, homemade rolls. Staff worked hard to meet our needs. Very attentive. more

Unlike the other posts from a disgruntled employee and a happy employee, I am just a customer. My name is Don Bric and I live in Wausau Wi. If anyone wishes to make a negative post about what has become my favorite restaurant, I challenge them to state their name also. I ""discovered"" the Belvedere when returning to Wausau from business in Marshfield, I could not have been more pleased with one of the most tastiest steaks I have had in Wisconsin (only had better in Colorado). The service was prompt and friendly, the bartender was great to banter with and the atmosphere is best described as ""country elegant"". My wife and I now make the 45 mile trip one way to come to the Belvedere as often as we can. I heartily recommend that you try the sirloin at the ""Bev"" as my wife and I nicknamed it. I'd like to disagree with the ""worst place to go"". I've been going to the Belvedere for years now not only as a customer but as an employee and thank this is a great place to dine. Not only is the food and atmosphere great the staff is always friendly and the owners Pat and Dale are so nice that they make you feel right at home, like family. I can say that no matter what time of day or what time of year you come there, you always leave full, and with that warm and fuzzy feeling because of the terrific people they have there. the food is ok but the owners are the worst. we were regular there until last friday jan.8th when we seen the owner get into 2 of the waitress face and started to yell at them and the owner didn't even care if any one heard him. the owner needs to take some kind of class to teach him how to treat his employees, and if he wants people to come there to eat he needs to be a better person,because his waitstaff is why i kept going there and now i found out 2 of my favorite waitstaff quit because of the owner. i will never go back there and i sure will tell all my friends not to go there either. i won't even have a wedding there or any other party either.
