I would not recommend 8/10/2011

I have dealt with these people for over 2 years. my experience with maintenance and front desk staff has not been a positive one. Maintenance requests have not been handled in a timely manner (even when it's an urgent matter like being able to use the toilet) and front desk staff has been consistently rude (specifically Sonia). Good luck getting a hold of someone in maintenance and there's no way to confirm if they even got your message. more

Easy process 7/6/2011

Hey! I got my apartment. Turned in an application and was called back the next day to say I'd been approved. Easy process--I guess I had decent credit. I'd definitely recommend Belmont to a friend. more
