I started attending Bells Bodies back in June 2014 as I was preparing to be a bridesmaid in a friends wedding. With fun bootcamps twice a week I was able to get into shape for the event, but it didn't stop there, I have been attending classes every week without fail ever since and it has truly transformed both my body and my mind. I have never been able to stick to going to the gym or other classes for this long before and one of the things I like the best is that I am NEVER bored. Each class is a challenge & different from the last, but not so much so that you can't keep up. I am stronger, healthier, sleep better and have lost 18lbs and gained muscle. A really friendly group of trainers and the people that attend the classes are a really great group of both women and men.
