Very disappointed. They tried to sell me $5K in repairs on a car worth $5.5K. I chose to do the safety related items and a major service and rejected replacing stuff like the gas cover lock and squeeky hinges that only needed some grease, etc. The next oil change 3K miles later I had done a non-dealer shop. I watched as they discovered the oil so low it wouldnt show on the dip stick and the oil filter wasnt OEM, but rather from the last change I had done at Oil Can Henry's 6-7 months before. The engine is still tight, doesnt burn or drip oil but no thanks to Barrier's service department. I think they put more value in a swanky shop than quality or fair pricing. more

I was very impressed with my entire experience. I actually bought a Toyota RAV 4 from them. Even though it wasn't their car (AUDI), they treated me with respect. I wasn't pressured, they were open, honest, and worked out a deal with me. And then after I bought the car I had it inspected. All that was wrong is it needed a transmission fluid flush, oil change and new air filter. I went back and the used car manager told the service people to take care of it and they did it all at no charge. I have bought cars at other dealers before and honestly this was the best experience ever! When I can afford an Audi, I'll definately be back. Pros: Non-pressured, customer service, great finance person (Christy) Cons: Only Audi's usually more

At best a 3rd rate dealership 12/17/2005

My experience with Barrrier has been poor particularly with the sales people. If you get anything from them make sure you get it in writing because they are very ""creative"" with interpretations of what was said. This comment applies from personal experience to Mercedes and Audi. Service is OK but expensive. I would rather buy from any other dealership in Washington. I will never buy from them again more
