Belledonne Spa

Absolutely DO NOT go to this salon - even the groupon doesn't make the service worth it! Not only was my first facial subpar, when I had to reschedule my second appointment (the groupon came with two facials) they charged me an EXTRA $50 and never informed me that they would do this! When I called to reschedule they didn't bother to mention it and when I called after my credit card was charged they rudely informed me I ""should have known I'd be charged when I gave my credit card."" Absolutely awful - do not make the mistake of visiting this establishment! more

Please don't go to this spa! Aside from the fact that it is not clean and smells of cigarette smoke....here's what I'm trying to save you from..\r \r My 18 year old bought a groupon for a massage at Belladonne for me, her sister and herself. We had difficulty getting appointments but when we finally did, they asked for a credit card to hold the three appointments. When I asked why, the owner said it was to protect the spa if we didn't show up. They got the appointment information screwed up and when I arrived at my appointment early on Saturday, she thought I was there for a facial, apologized for the mix-up, added 20 minutes on to the hours massage and rebooked for two weeks later. I had a business meeting that Saturday and it ran long so I called and texted the spa to let them know I would be running late but would just take the massage for whatever time remained in my appointment. \r \r When I arrived the masseuse scowled and said she would not do the massage because I was late and that I would have to reschedule again. I said I didn't was to use another Saturday, I would rather use what remained of my appointment. She worked on me for 25 minutes said she was done and went out for ten minutes to smoke. A week later my credit card was charged $50 by the spa!!! I called and emailed the owner responded by saying that the charge was because I was late and that it wasn't her fault that I wasn't smart enough to read the policy on her website about being late. She refused to return the $50. She offered to refund $10 or give me a $25 spa credit. I refused and disputed the credit card charge. Bank of America has refunded my money stating that the charge was fraudulent. \r \r This spa will not make it ...dirty, no regard for customer satisfaction or flexibility, business is almost totally from groupon and coupon business, no return customers after first visit is my guess...especially if they were treated like I was. I will say that the masseuse was very good for my 25 minutes that she worked on me but she could build a better clientele with another spa and maybe some customer relationship training. more

Not even one star but 0 stars was not an option. I will NEVER, EVER, NEVER, go back to the place again. I advise anyone who is even thinking about it to change their mind. I wish I had read these reviews before I bought my treatment, they are all true and mine is just the same. Unprofessional, unorganized, lost my appointments, always late and ended early. Unfortunately she does not know the first thing about running a business. Not to mention it's the farthest thing from a ""spa"" like atmosphere....rooms are clinical feeling and just overall cheap. Stay away, not worth it. more

This was honestly the worst spa experience I have ever had. I bought a Groupon for a massage and facial a few months ago. I should have researched the spa more before or driven by the spa because the ""spa"" itself is not relaxing at all and made me feel claustrophobic. I made an appointment for a facial and massage in early March, and the day before my appointment, they called and rudely told me they had cancelled my appointment and I needed to reschedule. I rescheduled my appointment for today, over a month later, because they decided they couldn't fit me in before!!! I arrived and waited 10 minutes to be taken back in the room for a facial. The girl, who worked behind the desk and was the only person working there today, gave me a towel wrap that looked dirty (and the sheets didn't look the cleanest either). After everything I went through, my ""signature custom facial"" ended up being only TWENTY MINUTES LONG, and it consisted of the girl massaging a few lotions that stung on my face. After she was finished, she told me to get dressed and meet her at the front desk. I asked her if I was getting a massage as well, thinking she had possibly forgotten, and she said the massage therapist wasn't there today and I would need to reschedule. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED, but this time, she didn't even bother telling me until I asked! I did not schedule a massage, and I am not going to. It is not worth the drive out there, and I don't think it would be worth it anyways. Overall, I don't blame the girl working there today, and I think that this spa is unprofessionally run in general. DO NOT GO HERE. Save your money for a real spa experience. more

I will never go to another spa again. This prices and service are the best in the industry. I have been a loyal customer since the beginning! The staff is very friendly and make you feel most welcome and comfortable. more

The absolute best spa in the greater Nashville area! Not only do they have ""state of the art"" treatments for all areas of the body- from body contouring to facials and massages- this spa has prices that beat the competition for the services provided! Brittny and her trained staff are both knowledgeable and beyond friendly! I am now a loyal customer and will continue to use Belledonne Spa to serve all of my beauty and relaxation needs. If you are looking for very reasonably priced spa, with very competent staff, you can't beat Belledonne. It's quiet, clean and easy to get in and out of without the hastle of traffic as it is located off of Seaboard Lane in Brentwood. My appointments are always on time, the service is excellent and the results keep me coming back. I bought a microderm package and a body contouring package. . .my skin has never looked as good as it looks right now. . .and the cellulite that I have been fighting with for so long is now barely visible. . I can't tell you how nice it is to be able to say that. Ask for Brittny. . .she is fantastic. more
