Over rated. Mediocre food and service 9/2/2007

We went to Bella despite warnings from friends. We were seated about 15 minutes after our reserved time and that was the best part of the experience. The linguini with white clam sauce was tasteless. The mixed seafood in some kind of tomato sauce was watery with one shrimp and equally as tasteless. The Caesar salad was one of the weakest we have had. In fact the one we had at Red Lobster 3 nights later was better. Pros: Friendly staff; nice setting Cons: Mediocre food and service. Overpriced for the quality more

Not bad, but nothing special 11/16/2003

The food is perfectly fine at Bella Via. But I've been there twice, and both times found it to be inferior to Rosebud -- a valid point of comparison since the two restaurants are across the street from each other. In my opinion, you get better food -- and more of it -- for the same price at Rosebud. Pros: Varied Italian menu Cons: Questionable value more
