Beware the service department 12/29/2009

I recently took my car to them for their advertised transmission special. It said they would flush the transmission and replace all of the fluid for $200. (check their web sight) One week after the service. I took the car to another dealer for unrelated work. When that work was done I was told by the other dealer that the transmission fluid was very dirty and needed to be changed. I wonder exactly what Bell Lexus did for the $200 they charged me??? Pros: Nice waiting area Cons: Service overpriced more

Don't judge a book by it's cover 2/13/2008

My wife and I test drove the IS 250 and took our time deciding if we wanted other cars in the same class (BMW, Acura, etc.). When we went to Bell Lexus the sales rep was terrible in showing the highlights of this wonderful car. We really liked the car and decided to come back a week later to discuss numbers. We showed up about 45 minutes to close and (I'm not not kidding when I say this) we were asked to come back the next day. more
