It was a totally positive experience for me. I had a small problem with my car after the sale and dealership went out of their way to help me. The problem was something I did to the car and had nothing to do with the dealership We will continue to give business to this dealer. more

Bad Service 5/20/2011

Did a 70K standard service on my RX330 and they failed to replace air filters (very dirty). Lied about brake repair work need by over estimating the work required (brake done at other dealership 20K ago). When I complained about the sloppy work done on the 70K, service rep acted like it happens all the time. Management/ownership would not respond to service issues. I was looking to buy a new Lexus from this dealership but they can't be trusted. more

We particularly appreciated the approach and service offered by the Bell Lexus representative Tom Salem as well as other Bell lexus personell we et during the buying process. We were shown the features of our vehicle of interest but was offered ther vehicles for comparison as well as possible preferred likes. Prices were not discussed until it was time to purchase. We like that approach. more

Quality Service & Savings! 5/2/2011

Long story short, the quote to do the maintenance and a few repairs on my RX at Bell Lexus was $800 less than at Scottsdale Lexus and they could guarantee me an RX loaner (I needed the rear air and room for the stroller). Now I'm frugal so I would have driven all the way up there from Ahwatukee to save $100 but $800! That's crazy! Not only that, but they found things that Scottsdale Lexus didn't find and they were real, honest-to-god problems because my car quit making the exhaust leak sound after they fixed it (when it never had an exhaust leak). I'll definitely keep driving up there. It's farther away but it's by far worth it for the quality of service and the savings. more

My salesman, Ken Pahl, was the best salesperson we have ever had the good fortune to deal with. He has gone over the top what we were sure is requires to make our experience pleasant.
