Review content:
Did a 70K standard service on my RX330 and they failed to replace air filters (very dirty). Lied about brake repair work need by over estimating the work required (brake done at other dealership 20K ago). When I complained about the sloppy work done on the 70K, service rep acted like it happens all the time. Management/ownership would not respond to service issues. I was looking to buy a new Lexus from this dealership but they can't be trusted.
