Complete Rip Off 5/31/2011

I feel like I was ripped off. It sounded like a good deal the cheapest price I found by far with no annual commitments. So I had them spray my house for ants, spiders and sewer roaches inside and out for $38.50. I had them spay on Thursday May 25th 2011 and by Sunday I noticed the problem with ants both in my front and back yard had gotten worse. So because of the Monday being a holiday I was unable to call until Tuesday May 31 2011. And I informed them about my situation and was asked if I wanted someone to come out and spray again of course my answer was yes So they booked me an appointment for two days later June 2, 2011. As I was about to hang up they informed me that I would have to pay another $38.50 to have them come out again. I was completely in shock and could not believe that they would charge me again for a problem that I paid to be fixed in the first day. I could see if I was bug free at least two weeks I could understand having to pay again but like I mentioned earlier on Sunday is when my ant problem multiplied. That was not even 3 days bug free. I was told by the lady who works there before I paid that there is a possibility that I would have to have them come out again and spray. Her exact words were it might take a month, might be every other month or might even be annually every house is different which is completely understandable but what she failed to mention is that even if it is less then a week and the problem still exists or gets worse we have to pay another $38.50 to have them come out and spay again. I do not recommend this place to anyone one I truly feel like its worth paying 30 extra dollars to go elsewhere where they at least guarantee being bug free longer than 3 days… more

Great 4/21/2011

In these tough times I was looking for ways to cut down on spending and I thought of cutting the pest control. I could probably get by for a few months and no great loss. The reason that I didn't do it is tech. The guy is an extraordinary employee doing a fine job for me. As long as he stays, I stay. Thank you for your time. more

I'm writing to you about one of your trusted employees. His name is Dave, and we initially met him when he came out to our townhouse complex Fremont, Ca.I am one of the board members of the townhouse complex, and I was impressed by Dave's punctuality, professional appearance, and work ethic. He showed up on time, answered all of my questions and provided me with additional information related to our termite problem, and he worked diligently throughout our complex as he proceeded with the complex inspection. more

I was just standing out in my front yard admiring how nice the lawn looks after about three weeks of your lawn treatment. Rob mentioned that I might be interested in the lawn fertilization and the rose pest treatment. I said to give it a try. Needless to say, I am impressed. more
