I was very impressed by the service I received 5/27/2011

The person who did the work were respectful, professional and got the job done with the least amount of inconvenience to our life as was possible. They cleaned up beautifully. I would definitely recommend this company and their services, I think they are ethical and responsible. Many of the firms who do this type of work do not get the appropriate permits and that leaves owner with legal problems and liability issues with the city. Other companies might do it cheaper, but they will not do it according to the ordinances and permitting requirements of the city. This company does it correctly, and that is worth a tremendous amount in the long run. more

Above and beyond! 5/25/2011

When it was time to get a new furnace we called Bel-Red and were very happy we did, Our sales man Gregg not only gave us a great quote but helped us understand what the right machine for our house would be. Thanks to him no more drafts and cold spots. The installers were also able to get creative with the install so we are able to maintain the visual appeal of our home. Others wanted to install vent pipes where it was easy. Bel-Red went the extra step to help hide the vent pipes even though it meant a more difficult install. more

Highly recommended 5/23/2011

Since moving into our present location six years ago, we have replaced and maintained our heating, air conditioning and duct work. We have consistently retained Bel Red because we found them thorough in their analysis of our problems. Honest in their recommendations, prompt and thorough in their services. The results have always been physical improvements. more

Did an outstanding job and was very thorough 5/15/2011

We recently had our annual servicing of our furnace/heat pump unit. We were told when making the appointment that a technician would be at our home between 2:00 and 5:00 (our choice) and that he would call first. He called and arrived at our home exactly at the time he told us/ He introduced himself as Matt and then put shoe covers on his shoes before he entered the house. Matt was very polite and explained to us what he checked on our system. He did an outstanding job. He was very thorough. We have always been very pleased and impressed with Bel-Red and highly recommend them! more

April Fools Joke 5/14/2011

At exactly midnight on April fools day our furnace to our new home went out. Not a very funny joke and put our family in a panic on how to fix the problem. We called Bel Red and they were superb at helping us in a timely manner. I was impressed at how careful they were at lying runners down so as to not dirty our home. The person came to ""fix"" the furnace was very honest and explained the damage in the simplest of terms that my husband and I understood. The end all result was the replacement of our furnace. They gave us resources for financing the PSCCU that had affordable rates and payment options. With the stress of buying a new furnace, I have to say they were wonderful at not putting the pressure on and giving us the resources that made it possible to get the job done! The follow through was consistent. They inspected the work a week later to double check to the work completed steered us in the right direction for a repair needed on our gas dryer as well. I have referred Bel Red to friends because they were very professional and gave us options to that fit our needs. Thank You more

Prompt response time 5/10/2011

Needed to replace our furnace (as our old one broke down after being 18 years old), and we had a prompt response time and friendly customer experience. When they couldn't get our unit in for a couple of days, they even brought in a few space heaters to help warm us up. I definitely recommend them. more

My experiences with Bel-Red are opposite of Customer 77's review. They are always professional and have amazing service. This week, our furnace decided to quit and we were freezing. Rick was able to fix the issues a.s.a.p for me, and the price was right! I know that I can count on them, anytime! more
