Review content:
We recently had our annual servicing of our furnace/heat pump unit. We were told when making the appointment that a technician would be at our home between 2:00 and 5:00 (our choice) and that he would call first. He called and arrived at our home exactly at the time he told us/ He introduced himself as Matt and then put shoe covers on his shoes before he entered the house. Matt was very polite and explained to us what he checked on our system. He did an outstanding job. He was very thorough. We have always been very pleased and impressed with Bel-Red and highly recommend them!
