Randy T. preformed our annul A/C service today. He is very pleasant, was happy to explain what he was doing, and answered all of my questions satisfactorily. He is extremely knowledgeable and preformed the most through service we have ever had. We would like to have him assigned to our account for service in the future. AC Repair 6/23/2016

Victor was courteous and efficient. He not only solved the initial problem of a clogged pipe, but further assessed the source which was a rotted humidifier filter. He took the time to show me how to change the filter and reviewed the homeowner maintenance with me. more

We have used Bel Aire for several years to keep the heating and cooling system working efficiently. Not only do we like the company, but service techs like Keith K. are always efficient, polite and on time. Keith called us to let us know when he was on his way, he worked quietly and thoroughly. Keith finished his work in about an hour and thoroughly explained his service upon completion. more

Service for Air Conditiioner 5/20/2016

Bill was the technician who serviced our air conditioning unit. He was friendly, courteous, and did a fine job. We've had that unit for years, and I don't ever remember a technician clean it so well -- inside and out. Nice job Bill. more
