Dave came when they said he would. He called before he arrived to let me know he was coming. Tuned up the furnace and let me know every thing was running okay. He was pleasant and respectful. more

Bel-Aire heating and air conditioning is a top notch company with high integrity. Bel-Aire installed our boiler a number of years ago. They did an excellent job installing our unit and have been very supportive since keeping it running efficiently. Dave T is our technician of choice. Dave always takes time to explain any issues and always leaves us with the feeling that customer satisfaction is priority one. more

Same punctual, courteous service that we have become accustomed to by Dave T. 12/19/2016

Dave T. just left after performing our by-annual service check up. As usual he was here when he was scheduled and called when he was on the way. When he was done, he filled us in on what he had done and took a minute to chat with my husband who is home bound , which to me is huge. Dave T.and Bel-Aire Heating & Cooling both get an A+ rating from us. more
