DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY AT BEL BAMBINI! Horrible Customer Experience! I was purchasing off a registry on line. I asked for Express mailing to receive the item in time for the shower. I receive an e-mail stating it is not available and would ship when it was. No CANCELATION is allowed of an order placed hours before on line, when this store CAN'T DELIVER!! Really??!! For a shower registry??!! Why would their online order take Express mailing charges??!! Just to make more money and screw you??!! It was pending charges on my credit card before they can even deliver the item! In this day and age, with thousands of choices of retail establishments to purchase from, RUN AWAY FROM BEL BAMBINI! For a ""high end baby store"" and expensive prices, you get Horrible return/cancellation policies and NO ADDED BENEFITS for the extra expense. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT BEL BAMBINI! I left a message and they say they'll call back in 24 hours, which didnt happen. When I finally spoke to Jose Salazar, the author of the e-mails I received, he said the manager was busy and could not talk with me!! wow... Horrible Customer Service! You would think in this economy, a business would want positive customer experiences. Not this one. I think they just want to milk you for what ever money they can. It doesn't matter if they can't deliver. I STRONGLY URGE YOU NOT TO SHOP AT BEL BAMBINI!\r
