This facility is an absolute disgrace. The facility is sterile and makes you feel comfortable, but that simply isn't enough. I really enjoy the staff and Dr. Begalla as a person, but the way he operates his business is very unprofessional. He is rarely on time, more often than not leaving you to sit in the waiting room for hours for a simple cleaning! The service and promptness is very poor. On many occasions, I just couldn't bare sitting there anymore due to other priorities. When I threatened to reschedule, the dentist was automatically ready for me. I found this very unacceptable. No one wants to spend three hours at the dentist. Ive had fillings fall out on numerous occasions, and even had my tongue punctured from a Novocain needle. When I addressed this problem, they attempted to blame it on smoking, which was not the case whatsoever. Theyve also numbed the wrong area of my mouth more than once, and even neglect to numb it at all due to mental error. I wouldn't send my dog here.
